Intermediate Architectural Designer
Responsibilities:
• Interpret sketches to advance design intent.
• Utilize graphic skills, both digital and free hand, to accomplish daily tasks.
• Adjust red-line changes and develop CAD drawings from sketches and notes from clients and staff.
• Develop 3D SketchUp models of elevations from 2D drawings.
• Meet deadlines set forth by the team leader through independent work.
• Take direction from senior level designers.
• Assist in the design of floor plans and elevations.
Qualifications:
• Work experience in residential architecture on product types such as single family and multifamily homes, mixed-use and apartment
• Professional degree required – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• AutoDesk (AutoCAD) proficiency
• Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator, and SketchUp preferred
• Currently pursuing architectural licensure
• Full-time in office

• $65,000 - $85,000 per year
