Lawrence A. Treglia, Jr., Senior Partner

Larry's practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on construction law, and on representing and counseling contractors and design professionals. He has received Martindale Hubbells AV Preeminent, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

He received his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University (BA, 1982), and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (JD, 1986).

Larry is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel; the Association of California Construction Managers; the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA); and Southern California Contractors Association, and he has lectured for various professional organizations including the AIA Orange County, the ACEC California, the Orange County Bar Association and the California Bar Associations Construction Law Section.

Michelle R. Generaux, Partner

Michelle received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (BA, 1993) and law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law (JD, 1996), and her practice focuses is on the representation of privately held businesses, with an emphasis on architectural and engineering firms. She has extensive experience in entity selection and formation, contract drafting and negotiation, ownership transitions and mergers and acquisitions. She also practices in the areas of probate and trust administration.
