About this Course
Multi-Family Projects. Discover different types of coatings and their features and benefits along with life cycle considerations as they pertain to dry film attributes.
Learning Objectives:
Learn about surface preparation requirements prior to the application of one of several coatings systems.
Learn about the main components of paint. Review the performance level of different paint types: including the sustainable benefit gained using higher quality or more durable paints and coatings.
Learn about different quality levels of interior finishes and how to choose the best product & finish for your project. Identify different types of paints and coatings available in the industry: including low and zero VOC options for added beneficial environmental impact.
Primers and finish coats for longer life cycle and specific project needs. Identifying sustainable coatings systems by substrate needed for each type of multi-family areas going room by room.
