Current trends for Modern residential architecture continue to be strong with a focus to maximize daylight, minimize ornamentation, and connect interiors to the outdoors. Learning Objectives:

  • Review the impact of modern architectural designs and how windows and doors were used historically to create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.

  • Define which fenestration products are complementary to contemporary residential design.
