Nichola Office of Architecture (NOA) is an Orange County based full service, multidisciplinary architecture firm specializing in hospitality, office, retail, and restaurant projects.
NOA Architecture offers a comprehensive range of architectural services tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Our offerings include conceptual design and planning through full construction documentation and construction administration. We also offer interior design services, and project management.
NOA emerged as a visionary architectural firm in 2023, driven by the profound expertise and dedication of its founder, Nicholas A. Nicola. A licensed architect, with an impressive 20 years of experience, Nicholas had long nurtured a dream of establishing his own architectural company that embodied his passion for innovative design and sustainable architecture. Drawing upon his extensive industry knowledge and a deep-rooted commitment to his craft, he transformed this dream into reality, giving rise to NOA.
Nicholas Nicola, with his wealth of architectural experience, has left an indelible mark on the industry through his involvement in prestigious projects. His portfolio boasts an impressive array of ventures, including the Montage Resort & Estates in the Abacos, Bahamas, a private 53-acre island retreat, expected to be one of the most luxurious resorts in the entire Caribbean.
His architectural vision and expertise were instrumental in shaping the spa, fitness, and retail areas of the Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol into a world-class destination.
Nicholas Nicola was involved in the development of Rosewood Miramar in Montecito, Marassi in North Coast Egypt, Rixos Abu Dhabi, Lido House Newport Beach, Cosmopolitan Hotel & Resort project in Las Vegas, Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, and various industrial, commercial, retail, and restaurant projects across North and South America.
