Job Description:
GAA Architects, Inc. is seeking an architectural Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial architecture projects.
Job Description/Tasks
This position offers the opportunity to
manage the project team,
prepare high quality documents,
efficiently obtain approvals,
and facilitate the successful completion of projects.
Job Requirements
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
3 years’ experience managing and preparing construction documents for commercial tilt-up projects in the U.S.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of California/Federal codes/construction types.
A positive attitude.
Must excel at AutoCad
Be proficient using Word and Excel.
The ideal candidate will be licensed in the U.S., California preferred.
LEED and Revit experience, etc. are a plus but not required.
