PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

GAA Architects, Inc. is seeking an architectural Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial architecture projects.

Job Description/Tasks

This position offers the opportunity to

  • manage the project team,

  • prepare high quality documents,

  • efficiently obtain approvals,

  • and facilitate the successful completion of projects.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

  • 3 years’ experience managing and preparing construction documents for commercial tilt-up projects in the U.S.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Knowledge of California/Federal codes/construction types.

  • A positive attitude.

  • Must excel at AutoCad

  • Be proficient using Word and Excel.

  • The ideal candidate will be licensed in the U.S., California preferred.

  • LEED and Revit experience, etc. are a plus but not required.
