I’m now offering an as-built service for remodel projects. As you know, these are the tools you need to start dreaming up ideas. If you’ve ever dealt with inaccurate as-built drawings, you know how frustrating and important it is. They would include PDF and DWG files of the floor plans and elevations. Photos. Optional drawings of the interior elevations (shell). A SketchUp model (shell) of the existing home. As an additional option, I would include and coordinate the topographic survey (and boundary survey if necessary) so that the SketchUp model can be accurately placed on the site context. If you don’t already do this in-house, I’d love to send a proposal for your next project.
