<p>•	Assists project leader to ensure commitments made to clients are consistent with scope of work and supports project leaders in directing less experienced staff to accomplish project goals.</p>
<p>•	Directs less experienced staff in office standards for BIM, design, quality control, and production.</p>
<p>•	Reviews and evaluates documents for accuracy and coordination for project team. </p>
<p><strong>Skills/ Requirements:</strong> Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:</p>
<p>•	Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Architecture.</p>
<p>•	5+ years architectural design experience.</p>
<p>•	5+ years Revit experience (including model setup and development).</p>
<p>•	Ability to mentor others in Revit.</p>

<p><strong> Duties/ Responsibilities: </strong>Produce construction documents from cartoon set; prepare all general project data sheets, dimension all plans, note &amp; reference all materials &amp; products; draw undeveloped building &amp; wall sections; assemble project details; apply applicable code requirements; assist with back-check; assist with plan check corrections; assist with consultant coordination.</p>
<p><strong>Skills/ Requirements:</strong> Team oriented individual with 3 – 5 years minimum Revit experience and a minimum of 5 years experience on multi-family projects (with either Revit or AutoCAD).  </p>
<p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong> Bachelors Degree in Architecture preferred.  </p>
<p><strong>Salary / Wages:</strong> Negotiable</p>
