About:
I am a licensed architect with 25 years of design and project management experience. Por1olio includes commercial planning, retail, residential, industrial, interior/tenant improvements, health clubs, faith-based, event centers, and airports. My role has been to be the single point of contact through all phases of delivery form concept design to construction administration. I am an expert in preparing planning submittals, construction document sets, as well as coordinating entitlements/ CEQA process and pre-construction services.
I have worked for several notable firms as a senior PM, development manager, and design department manager. I have developed a structured approach to project planning, cost estimating, and measuring progress throughout the full lifecycle of a project. This transferable skillset has proven to be successful across multiple building & construction types, and in managing the approval process across a wide range of regulatory agencies.
I am an expert in providing design and technical expertise to coordinate cross functional efforts of owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, and local jurisdictions. My professional network is extensive throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
